The Burgundy Hills project in Buellton, California (a town situated in the middle of Santa Barbara county) consists of 28 housing units located on just .98 acres. Although Buellton is a small town, the city confines building to avoid urban sprawl. Burgundy Hills architectural style gives it wonderful curb appeal and a theme for the community. All units were completed and escrows closed within a 25 day time frame after completion of the project.
