Residents of Spyglass Ridge experience stellar ocean views everyday, from Avila Beach to Point Sal. The Tuscan architecture which graces the exterior of these homes extends to the interior, and is reflected in the minutest details: copper-crowned fireplaces, and handcrafted corbels which grace the eves being only several.

The 40-unit development was built on one of the last remaining vacant parcels of land along California's Central Coast. The project required close coordination with the city's Public Works Department to replace a major city trunk water line which ran from water tanks in the foothills to the city below. The installation of the 750-foot replacement water line had to be completed within a 4-hour window. The line was both installed and functioning by the deadline.

Ground-up projects like Spyglass Ridge require many tasks, including grading, over excavation, re-compaction, paving, the construction of underground conduits and pipes for utilities, water and storm drains, curb, gutters, and earthen base to name a few. All of these tasks had to be completed before the construction of the buildings themselves began.
